Double Act

This book is about two twins, Ruby and Garnet. They have to move to the Country with their Dad and his new girlfriend. When Garnet gets accepted to a boarding school and Ruby doesn't she overreacts and does everything she can to be different from Garnet. When it's time for Garnet to leave, Ruby makes up with her sister and even though she's so far away now they will always be super close. Show more Show less

I thought Double Act was ok. It was quite a short book but it was still good.

It was amazing, it was about twin sisters who were identical

Is there any good work and I enjoy it and I could feel emotion ?

I like the book because it was about twins and I especially loved how Jacqueline wrote it to show two different people. I loved how they had completely different personalities.The book shows that they fight but make up in the end Show more Show less

I think this book is one of my favourite books, because there is a pair of twins called Garnet and Ruby ( you can tell them apart because Ruby talk a lot and Garnet does not speak much ) but they have to move to a BOOKSHOP because there dad is obsessed with books! The twins mom died from Cancer so there gran lived with them. There dad fell in love with a person who the twins HATED so much (Rose). Then there gran moved into a small flat which made the kids sad :( If I was to rate this book out of five I would give a definite five ;) Show more Show less
