Heroes of Olympus: the Lost Hero

This is a brilliant book, perfect for children aged eight to twelve, it is a whirlwind and I enjoyed it very much, I have to say that the rest of the series is brilliant to, when (spoiler alert) Arachne catches Annabeth in the Mark of Athena I have my heart in my mouth, the characters are funny, smart, serious, evil, serious but hilarious, etc. etc. it is a really good book from a really good series from a really good author, so I highly recommend it but I warn you, it is a BIG book and has generally small writing.
