Holiday Heartbreak

I give this 5 stars because it didn't feel like any other story because it felt like I was IN THE actual book! Of course I love all the Dork Diaries book but this one was so lovely and romantic/cute! For example, there was this emotional picture of her crying on her bed because her crush, Brandon set her up :(! It gets better I promise :). Anyways when her friends knocked on her door and they went in, they just saw her crying! That is so sad. Her friends were there to comfort her even though they had their own dates! They are such sweethearts ?. Thankfully Nikki got up and went to the dance even though she was heartbroken from Brandon! For me it felt like I was in the story crying with Nikki when she realized Brandon stood her up! But I couldn't cry because it was in the middle of D.E.A.R time (Drop everything and read but my class likes to call it drink, eat, and relax hehe) and it would be a bit embarrassing if you see a girl crying there during dear time. But it was very sad I don't know how I got through without crying. Anyways so I don't spoil every single part of the story, I will only say a few more things. Something that I <3>:)
